La Roche College recognizes that the misuse and abuse of alcohol is a serious issue affecting college students, the community and our society. It is well-established that misconduct such as vandalism, physical assault, excessive noise, and other misbehavior results primarily from the misuse and/or abuse of alcohol by students and their guests. The purpose of this policy therefore is to foster the growth and development of the student by promoting an alcohol-free environment. This policy is intended to reflect La Roche College’s commitment to the principles, goals, and ideas described in the College’s Mission Statement.
