7 – 10 years for the foam swords, though we are now offering an alternative party for children of 10-12 which uses plastic swords with buzzers and chest protectors. Please click here for further details of this package. As for the minimum age, with regards to listening skills and dexterity, we have a general MINIMUM AGE OF 6 for all children taking part.

Everyone of any age is welcome! Our clients to date have been both young and old and somewhere in between.

The majority of people are ages 21 to 40. However, we welcome anyone who is willing and able to play and is at least 20 years of age. (No one under 20 may play because of insurance reasons!

At this moment in time, we can only take orders for people aged 10 and over. We are developing our processes and should be able to offer gumshields to younger children shortly.
