The Activity Log is for dentists who have signed the Direct Deposit/EFT Authorization Agreement. The Activity Log displays all activity that has taken place up to midnight of the last workday along with your electronic documents. To access, click on Activity Log. There are three sections on this log. • Direct Deposits: This section shows all direct deposits. The money for these claims has been transferred to your financial institution. All direct deposits have EFT ID numbers (similar to a check number) for each transfer. Click on the EFT ID number to see which patients are referenced in the transfer. To view individual claim payment statements/EOBs, click on the number listed under CPS Document Control Number (DCN) . • Denials: This section shows claims that have been processed with a zero dollar ($0.00) amount.
