Spillover occurs when someone in your upline enrolls new travel associates and they go below you in the binary into your sales team. (usually this occurs in one leg). The reason this happens is because in the binary there is no other place for people to go except for under the last person who signed up. So for example if you recruited 10 new associates in your left sales team then the first one you recruited would have 9 people that were spilled down under them in their own left sales team. This spillover is a privilege and in no way should it be expected or guaranteed by anyone. (Get on the Monday night training calls to learn more about spillover and details in the compensation plan.
