What is Saf Cuisine?
Our cuisine uses organic produce and products, specifically preparing them to retain their wholesomeness. It is known as raw cuisine. [Enzymes] play a key role in our health, but are depleted when cooked at 118°F (48°C). Through a variety of processes including dehydration, our chefs are able to create delicious dishes with a variety of textures and flavors.
