• Rush requests are $8.75. • All rush requests must be accompanied by a phone call: 734-647-FAST (3278). Without a phone call, your request will be processed as normal. For fastest service, please place your request through ILLiad before calling. • Requests received before noon will be delivered by 5:00 the same day. • Requests received between noon and 7:30 a.m. the following business day will be delivered by noon. • If a rush request can not be delivered within the time stated you will not be charged the Rush fee.
