What is Rural Land Management?
Rural Land Management covers partners’ software products which enable end-users to access and interact with licensed data within the facilities of the software to assist with: • managing their own agricultural land, forestry, properties and associated livestock; • valuation of their own farming and agricultural properties; and • applications for the award of grants or subsidies from third parties. Summary of Conditions of Use a) Restrictions on partners: • Licensed data cannot be extracted, viewed, used or manipulated other than as permitted within a rural land management product. • The licensed data cannot be used for buying or selling land or property. • The licensed data cannot be used, published or displayed on the internet. • The rural land management product shall only be licensed to end-users on a single user basis for their internal business use without any right to display or provide it to third parties other than: (1) to third party contractors under the terms of the standard
