WHAT IS QI GONG?
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese breathing exercise that stimulates and balances the flow of vital life energy along the meridians of the body. Transmission of Qi can gradually restore the optimum functioning of the body’s vital life energy. Practice of Qi Gong can help maintain vital energy levels between treatment sessions.
