California’s Proposition 65 requires that a warning label be placed on all products known to contain certain amounts of particular chemicals, including lead. For example, products made with PVC or vinyl may contain certain amounts of lead. Customer safety is a top priority for Hot Topic. We have asked our vendors to comply with the California labeling law.
