Project FAME stands for Females of African-descent Modeling Excellence. It is a two semester program comprised of 25 African American female students who are first-semester freshmen at SIUE. The goal of Project FAME is to help African American females succeed in SIUE. It offers support, encouragement and positive self-esteem to all those enrolled in the program. If you would like to apply for Project FAME, go to the Applying section on our home page and complete the application. Once you have completed the application, please drop the application off at the SOAR office, which is located in the Student Success Center, Suite 1260.
