What is Perms Connect?
Perms Connect is a free to use website that allows interested Agencies who have Candidates but no suitable job for them to connect with other Agencies who have jobs but no suitable Candidates to communicate in a free, confidential and safe environment. It allows them to do business with others they have never met but with the sound knowledge that when a placement is paid for by a Client they can be sure of getting their money. Splits are negotiated by the Agencies on the website. It can also be used for free by multi-site Agencies for their own network (they invoice and credit control) with the website just allowing them to connect their branch information – for free. Such agencies can also use the website to seek matches outside of their own network.
