What is OSD?
OSD Stands for On Screen Display. OSD is a menu that pops up on the user’s screen, typically allowing them to select the computer to be accessed from a list of computers attached to the KVM switch. OSD systems typically allow the user to assign names to the attached computers, and typically provide additional management tools, such as defining user names, passwords, access rights, and other administrative management of the KVM switch.
