WHAT IS ONDECK SOFTBALL?
In an attempt to help the collegiate softball coach, OnDeck Softball was created by Derek & Joann Allister. The Allisters scout Showcases and Tournaments across the country looking at players. Following an event, the Allisters put out a report that talks about the players and rates them as to their collegiate potential. In addition to the Allister Report, OnDeck Softball puts on their own invitation-only events for the college coaches. These events provide an intimate evaluation experience for the college coach that allows them to maximize their time and efforts. For the player, these events provide maximum exposure to coaches from all over the country. No other event in the world of softball can compare. This year, we will also be launching the OnDeck Player Program to help 100 players plan and individualize their recruiting endeavors.
