An FPS user ID is a combination of characters (usually your initials) and numbers you will use to identify yourself to the Penn State servers. Your user id is assigned by the system when you create your FPS account, or when an old eAccount was migrated to FPS. Together, your FPS user ID and password will allow you to easily access many Web applications at Penn State.
