What is LionHorse Fitness?
LionHorse Yoga The Yoga classes offered by LionHorse Fitness assimilate a variety of Yoga styles with several other training methods. With anatomical focus, classes utilize Vinyasa style Yoga, Ashtanga style Yoga, Tai Chi, and Modern Dance Training. The exercises focus on rhythmic breathing, develop greater body awareness and are an excellent introduction to both Yoga and Tai Chi. Movements are no-impact, therapeutic and easily modified for participants specific fitness needs. For a more intense experience and a greater challenge, LionHorse Yoga is recommended as a private or semi-private class. These sessions may be tailored in a variety of ways, such as: • Aerobic benefit • Deeper flexibility training • Increased muscular endurance • Stress management and/or emotional release • Self-awakening, developing spirituality As a form of Personal Training, LionHorse Yoga is physically challenging, mentally refreshing and emotionally calming.
