Jobs are evaluated under the HERA job evaluation scheme using the following process: • Staff whose jobs are being evaluated are contacted by the Job Evaluation team (Sue Myerscough and Janet Morgan) to discuss the process • The individual and their line manager/Head of School/Service produce a revised job description • Information is collected from the member of staff to find out more about the requirements of the job.
