What is involved in the Initial Shortlist Process?
Those applicants who have successfully passed the related Aptitude, Assessment and Physical Agility Tests will be considered further in the recruitment process. The Formal Application has been designed to allow the applicant to record their personal identification information on a perforated top sheet. The perforated sheet is removed prior to the review in order to maintain anonymity; thus ensuring a fair and equitable review process. It is important to complete the Formal Application in detail, as the information you provide on the application is reviewed in the shortlisting process. The number of applicants selected for an interview is based on the potential number of new recruits to be hired. A Human Resources Representative will contact the applicant if he/she is chosen for an interview. Details regarding the interview will be provided to the candidate at time of contact.
