What is Health Advocate?
Health Advocate, Inc. is an advocacy and assistance service company that GE has partnered with to assist members (GE only covers this service for employees and dependents that are currently enrolled in a GE Medical Care Option (GE Health Care Preferred, GE Health Care Select, GE Medical Benefits, GE Affiliate Health Plan (GEM), GE-offered HMO or the GE Global Medical Plan) in the collection of medical records when seeking services from the Expert Medical Opinion Program, specifically eCleveland Clinic. Health Advocate will contact all of your providers on your behalf to gather the records needed by the Cleveland Clinic to complete your electronic consultation.
