“Gross” means large, as in the whole organ. The gross anatomy of the heart is about the parts of the heart you could see with your eyes. The opposite of this would be microanatomy, as in, the part you could only see with a microscope. “Gross” doesnt have anything to do with “disgusting” or “gross-out” or anything like that.
