Fit Friday classes offer a complementary class to your T/TH bootcamp class. Friday classes are designed to focus more on toning, resistance, and strength training. I often encourage clients to bring a ‘heavy’ set of weights to this class. You will be executing more stationary exercises and downsizing your cardio on Friday. This class once again accommodates all fitness levels.
