What is fax service?
This service enables you to use our system to serve parties by fax when they have not registered to receive eService through the state eFiling system. This can be a huge time-saver because you can now serve all parties in a case, even if they have not registered for eFiling and eService. And, you can also denote those parties that you are servicing outside of our system via your own fax, by mail, or by private delivery. This provides you a record of the type of service you sent to every party for each service event.
