What is Fax-on-Demand?
Fax On-Demand allows your callers to receive forms, documents, applications, brochures, company and product literature, etc. automatically from any fax machine. Your caller can immediately receive your documents when they call from their fax phone, or they can be prompted to enter their fax number, and the selected document will be faxed to them automatically. You may update your fax documents 24 hours a day, from anywhere around the globe. **This feature is not available for SimplyONE.
With Fax-on-Demand you can store important documents such as manuals and price sheets so that they may be requested by callers instantly and automatically. Callers can press 6 from the main menu to access the Fax-on-Demand menu. 1) You load fax documents for storage in your system by faxing the document from your fax machine. 2) Callers call from any telephone and provide their fax number and the appropriate document number. 3) A stored fax will be sent out to their fax machine within seconds, as part of the same call.
This service allows you to place a single page or multiple documents into a mailbox that can be accessed via telephone. Employees, customers or prospects inquiring about your company’s products and services can access your information at his/her convenience. This is a service that can be used as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with Digital Tape Playback service. Participants dial a telephone number to receive information via fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
