What is energy therapy?
The basic premise underlying the application of SoulStar Energy Therapy to illness is that any mental or emotional dysfunction has a hormonal component located at the cell level in the nervous system of the body. In other words, we feel the particular emotions we do because of a specific flow of hormones in the body.
Energy therapy is intentional interpersonal connection through the energy field that makes up the universe. The work entails the conscious intention of an energy therapist to serve as a conduit of healing energies that flow between Universal Source and a client. The purpose of energy work is to support self-healing and experience personal growth. Sessions entail no religious observances.
Everything has a frequency, which is energy. Once you understand this concept, you will begin to understand how energy therapies work. Take for a moment the concept of the human body. The body consists of an energetic system that regulates the body; the brain, spinal cord, nerves, etc. that send electrical impulses to and from the brain and parts of the body. Although biochemical influences induce changes, without the energetic system of the body, the body would not function, not operate. Ions have a negative charge and a positive charge (energetic). Sensory and motor neurons carry electrical impulses from the body through the spine and to the brain and back (energetic). Molecular structures at the synapse only undergo chemical changes if and only if there is a positive and negative charge present (energetic).
