What is DLNA technology?
• DLNA stands for the Digital Living Network Alliance, which is an organisation made up of 240 technology companies, including LG, Samsung and Panasonic. They are all working to create the seamless sharing of video, music, photographs and other content through home networks. The DLNA is greatly beneficial to customers as it makes technologies work together, so that the user can decide which piece of home technology they want to use to access their media at any given time. For example, using a mobile phone to watch programmes that have been recorded using a digital TV provider (i.e. Virgin Media).
