What is Diplomatic Intelligence?
The Diplomatic Intelligence determines how Media Wars displays diplomatic scores. The attacking player determines the Diplomatic Intelligence by establishing the Terms of Engagement. If the attacking general selects Surveillance, Media Wars will display the diplomatic score of the media war throughout the war to soldiers, diplomats, and passive viewers. If the attacking general selects Espionage, Media Wars will only display he diplomatic score of the media war to diplomats who have negotiated the war. If the attacking general selects Counter-Intelligence, Media Wars will only display the diplomatic score of the media war when the media war finishes.
