The Health Connector offers Commonwealth Choice plans. We work with well-known insurance companies to certify new health insurance options for residents, families and small employers who are not eligible for Commonwealth Care. Commonwealth Choice plans carry our Seal of Approval. The plans provide many benefits — some without a deductible. There are no limits, waiting periods or barriers for pre-existing medical conditions. Commonwealth Choice plans are offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Fallon Community Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Health New England, Neighborhood Health Plan and Tufts Health Plan. Special, lower-cost Young Adults Plans are available for 18-26 year-olds. Enrollment for Commonwealth Choice is available online. You can also learn more by calling 1-877-MA-ENROLL.
