What is CEIMS?
CEIMS (China Equitable Information Management Service) is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to researching and analyzing China’s education system on the behalf of elite universities in Europe, the US, and Australia. Beyond research and analyses, the primary service that CEIMS offers is an efficient and reliable authentication of documents submitted by Chinese students applying to foreign universities. CEIMS has a proven pedigree, developed by the same team that founded ACEIS (Ameson Chinese Elite Identification Scheme) in 2003. Since that time, ACEIS has successfully served as a screening mechanism for Chinese students entering the University of Cambridge, University of Melbourne, and University of Bristol, among others.
