Caller ID with Name lets you see the name and number of the person calling you. The information is displayed on a display device between the first and second rings. Caller ID display devices vary in design, available features, and the amount of names/ numbers that may be retained in memory.

With Caller ID with Name, the incoming caller’s telephone number and name (if available) are displayed on your Caller ID unit or Caller ID-equipped phone before you answer. Caller ID will not identify calls from pay phones, some wireless phones, or areas without advanced switching capabilities, or if the calling party blocks their number. You must provide the special Caller ID unit or Caller ID-equipped phone to support this feature. Caller ID with Name is always on. It is an included feature available to you at no extra charge.
