What is Business Value Modeling (BVM)?
BVM is a collection of modeling methods that both estimate and integrate the various forms of business value. Business value can not be condensed into a single number or unit of value such as money. In fact, most forms of business value can not be produced from simple arithmetic calculations. However, it is possible to use modeling techniques to understand the different forms of value and how they transmute into each other, and how they interact with financial measures.
