What is Blackboard CE?
Blackboard CE is the course management system at Misericordia University. Blackboard CE allows faculty and students to teach and learn in an online format. Blackboard CE provides discussion and chat areas, online whiteboard, online quizzes, Web links, and other multimedia resources for a course all in one central location. Blackboard CE is the online Learning Management System (LMS) used by your BCC instructor to create a virtual classroom on the Internet.
