What is Bethany Village?
Bethany Village is a continuing care retirement community sponsored by Graceworks Lutheran Services. Bethany provides a wide range of residential options, assisted living and a full continuum of healthcare. Bethany features 160 cottage homes in one-, two- and three-bedroom designs in single and attached configurations. As part of a $47 million expansion project completed in 2009 Bethany added 30 new villas, 30 spacious apartments, a Village Center and a Memory Support Center. The new villas each include a master suite, den, guest room and two-car garage. The apartments in Park Ridge Place include a den, master suite, balcony or patio and a below-grade parking garage. Altogether there are nearly 200 apartment residences with a wide variety of sizes and styles including suites and one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
