A The International Certificate of Competence (ICC) is a certificate recognised in Europe. Rather like an international driving licence for boats. Q Do you run ICC courses. A YES our Powerboat Level 2 course leads to the ICC which is issued by the RYA on presentation of your level 2 certificate. We also run one day ICC direct assessments. Additionally the BSAC Diver Cox’n assessment leads to the ICC also.
