What is an access fee?

To access the Sharing Connections services, there is a flat fee of $50. Keeping with our tradition, every client that receives furniture may receive clothing, a pack of diapers (if needed), a bag of personal care items and cleaning supplies (availability of items may vary). Agencies are strongly encouraged to pay the access fee for clients, however we are very much aware of budget restrictions, in which case the client will be responsible for the fee in advance of any furniture/item pickup. Referring agency is required to work with client to plan arrangements on how to make payment prior to visit to Sharing Connections. Access fees cannot be waived.

This is a small, yearly fee paid to provide 24/7 access to our physician via phone and/or e-mail. It also covers any paperwork, lab reviews, reminders, or phone calls we may provide the patient or their family during the year. You may choose NOT to pay the access fee and receive discounted service “pay as you go” without having 24/7 access to our physician. See pricing.

The access fee is a $5.00 monthly fee applied to all accounts that do not subscribe to one of our basic programming packages (America’s Top 180, Top 120, Top 60, DISH Latino Max, DISH Latino Dos, DISH Latino or Dominion Sky Angel). The costs we incur to deliver Specialty Programming are far greater than what we pay for our basic packages. This small monthly charge allows us to provide Specialty Programming at a reasonable price.
