What is a sub-account?
A sub-account provides the ability to assign specific privileges and access to only certain keywords. Example: Your night manager only has access to KEYWORD1 and only the ability to send messages and unsubscribe members. There are multiple privileges available to create user roles based upon responsibilities for that person.
Each state has a primary login/account assigned to the State Developmental Disabilities Director. Using this account, the DD Director can create new login accounts and assign access permissions to portions of the assessment instrument to be completed by appropriate organizations and/or individuals. These are called sub-accounts. New sub-accounts created with “State Administrator” access level will have the ability to create additional sub-accounts. After sub-accounts have been created, State Administrators can change existing access permissions using the “Edit permissions for existing sub-accounts for MN” link in the User Settings menu.

Sub accounts are another great and very cost effective way for you to use BizX dollars and they can be used to reward or gift family, friends and employees. Sub accounts are separate from but appended to your primary account and allow others to reap the benefits of trade without opening their own business account. Sub accounts can be opened for a one-time, $35 BizX fee per account. You will pay transaction fees (which will be charged to the primary account) on BizX dollars transferred into a sub account at the time of transfer; however, you will not be charged monthly maintenance fees or transaction fees on sub account purchases. A sub account is neither allowed to carry a negative balance nor is it eligible for a line of credit and the primary account is ultimately responsible for any and all balances due on sub accounts.
