An auto responder is a preset 130 character message that you can assign to a specific keyword. If someone texts that keyword to 313131 we will automatically send back to them the preset message. For example, instead of broadcasting updated news alerts to your subscribers, simply created a new auto responder keyword called “update”, update your auto responder with your latest news then inform your subscribers that to get the latest news text “update” to 313131.
