What is a single listing?

A single listing a listing that is not part of a listing package. All free listings are single listings. Single listings also have a seperate charge specified by state. Single listings run until they expire. Each state has it’s own single listing expire timeframe. You are allowed to deactivate/reactivate a property in the system before the expire date without paying any additional fees. Properties assigned to a listing package do not have an expire date.
