Bel-Red Auto License is a subagent for the Department of Licensing (DOL). We are not supported by state funds, nor are we state employees. We are a privately owned company providing vehicle/vessel licensing and titling services for the DOL. Our office is supported only by the service fee, which is $4.00 for a non-title transaction, and $10.00 for a title transaction.
