What is a Rotational Battle?
Rotational Battles are a special type of Triple Battle. The ground of the battle can be rotated once per turn, and only the Pokemon in the front will attack and defend. This adds an aditional rock-paper-scissors element to the battle; the player must decide which Pokemon to have on the front line to best attack the opponent and defend against attack, while also predicting which of the opponent’s Pokemon will be on their front line.
