Right of way is the land (fee) and easements used to construct and maintain roads and other infrastructure.Projects that cannot be built within the existing right of way (Pipelines I, II & III) requires additional right of way acquisitions. What is the process for acquiring right of way? After a project has been advanced through the initial scoping and environmental reviews it is prepared for acquisition.
