What is a questionnaire? Will it be scored?
A questionnaire is a way of collecting additional information about you during the application process. We work with the hiring agency to create a screening device, or questionnaire, which applicants are required to complete as part of the application process. The questionnaire is scored based on points, which were decided upon before the job was listed. The top group of applicants is determined, and from that group, candidates are selected for interview. The applicants to be interviewed are determined by the agency, based on total number of applicants and scoring. Questionnaires are available via fax, email, or by visiting our office or any Nebraska Workforce Development office If a questionnaire is required for particular vacancy, it will be advertised in the job announcement under the “Requirements” section.
