What is a proximity search?
The proximity search will find businesses near a specific location. Type in a business query and postal code (i.e. florists M6G 2Z3), intersection (i.e. florists near Bathurst St. and Bloor St. W.) or address (i.e. florists near 2 Bloor St. W.). When the results come up they will be ranked from the one closest to the address, intersection or postal code. The distance to the business will be indicated to the left of the search result. Distances will also be represented by icons indicating whether the business is within walking, cycling or driving distance from the location you specified.
