What is a preorder?
When SLAPPA introduces a new product, we like to offer our customers a chance to be the first to receive this product at a special discounted price. The ship date listed next to the product description shows when all preorders will be shipped to our customers. The ship date is also the date that the product will no longer be offered at the special discounted price.
when you preorder an item this means that it will be shipped to you the day that we get it in from the pressing plant…oftentimes this is a month or two before the street date of a cd. this enables customers to get their cd’s as soon as possible and not have to wait to buy them in the store. IF YOU PREORDER SOMETHING IT WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU THE DAY THAT IT ARRIVES AND YOU WILL BE EMAILED WHEN IT SHIPS OR WE WILL POST ON OUR WEBSITE WHEN PREORDERS SHIP. Also, when you preorder items if you order other items in one order those items will ship and your preorder will ship separately as unless you are an international customer, in this case everything will ship at one time. ALL ORDERS ARE SENT USPS AND CANNOT BE TRACKED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN GOODS. FOREIGN ORDERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF POSSIBLE CUSTOMS PROBLEMS.
