The literal translation of the word petit four is little oven. However, we describe petits fours as elegant little cakes that are ornately decorated. Our petits fours are three layers of cake, three layers of butter cream, and coated in a signature color.

A petit four is a small piece of cake with chocolate ganache in it and then covered in chocolate. Then the small cakes are decorated similar to the main cake.
