What is a PEER form?
One requirement for certification renewal is verifiable experience. The District completes the Professional Educational Experience Report (i.e. PEER form) and sends it to renewal applicants in a sealed envelope that must be completed by the applicant and forwarded to TSPC. The PEER form records all district specific professional experience during the life of the license being renewed. Once received, the license holder should review the accompaning copy for accuracy before forwarding to TSPC.
