One-on-one interviews are simply scheduled interview times between you and the company representatives. • Do I need to have a resume? A number of jobs, to include part-time, co-op, and professional listings, requires you to have a resume on the system for you to apply. Other job listings do not require that you have a resume online. However, we strongly suggest that you prepare your resume and upload it to the system.
