What is a Lightworker?
Lightwork is healing. A Lightworker is a facilitator of healing for others who feels called to make the world a better place. Starting in the 1950s, a large group of Lightworkers started to be born with a group purpose of teaching love, in answer to prayers for world peace. Lightworkers are very loving, sensitive, intuitive, often feeling different from others. Lightworkers are present in every field and profession, not just professional healing. Lightworkers are sometimes so giving, almost to the point of burnout. Self-care is not selfish and it makes it easier to fulfill our divine life purpose to be of service. Back to Top What is manifestation? Manifestation is simply allowing what you desire to come to you. It works by putting a clear intention into the Universe. The Universe responds only to our thoughts and feelings, as well as the energy that is created from those. The Universe does not operate on a punishment/reward system.
A Lightworker is someone who has a ‘calling’ to serve humanity in some way. Some believe these are enlightened or spiritually advanced souls that have chosen to be reincarnated so that they may further the spiritual evolution of humanity as a whole by making their own contribution. Whether their ‘destiny’ was decided before this life or during it, Lightworkers are here to help humanity achieve its collective destiny.
With each new book and website on the subject, a new name for this type of soul also seems to emerge. I’m using the term “lightworker” because firstly, it’ the most commonly used term and secondly, the word really resonates inside me. This is all about bringing light to the world and keeping that light burning brightly. I’m sure by now that many of you are quite at home with being a lightworker but let me talk a little about what lightworkers are and I hope we can find a little common ground in our definitions. For me, a lightworker is an evolved soul who has incarnated onto this planet at this time for a very special purpose. We are volunteers. Specialists in many fields who have brought our expertise and our great love for humanity with us into this world. The earth is not truly our home.
