What is a Kiddybank?
A Kiddybank is KidStart’s name for your account. When you make an eligible purchase, KidStart automatically adds the appropriate KidStart Savings to uour Kiddybank. If you have registered children, a school or charities against your account, the balance will automatically flow into your Kiddybank once KidStart has received the money from the retailer. For Example: £100 spent at Mothercare online through KidStart will earn £5 in KidStart savings. We normally update the transaction records the day after your purchase, so you will see £5 savings listed in the pending transactions in your Kiddybank the following day (some retailers take longer). When KidStart is paid by the retailer,(typically 2-3 months later, sometimes sooner, sometimes not) the transaction will moved from pending to cleared. Back to top…
