What is a good way of exercising?
If you find it hard to get motivated why not try training with a couple of friends, like go for a jog or walk every arvo or morning. Also try not to do too much too soon because you will become exhausted. Build up gradually. Try going for a 30 minute fast walk then do 20 sit ups, 20 lunges, 20 squats and 20 tricep dips. When this becomes too easy start jogging instead of walking and increase how many repetitions you do. If this sounds boring you could try swimming or doing water aerobics. Trampolining and skipping are also a fun way to exercise!
