What is a “Good Neighbor” hotel?
It’s a hotel that has paid Disney a marketing fee in order to display that designation. A “Good Neighbor” hotel usually has a ticket shop in the lobby that sells full price Disney tickets. Other than that, the “Good Neighbor” designation means nothing for the consumer. It does not guarantee quality. Some “Good Neighbor” hotels really aren’t very nice, while others are excellent. Basically, I would advise you to ignore the “Good Neighbor” designation, as it doesn’t guarantee you anything at all.
