What is a good frozen yogurt recipe?
I love this one – bit like frozen yogurt, a bit like icecream. You can put some chopped fruit in too or serve plain drizzled with honey. Omit the lemon zest if you don’t like it, you can put in orange or lime zest . 450 g Greek yogurt – you need to strain it for a few hours or overnight in a sieve over a bowl in the fridge to get the excess liquid out. 150 g full fat cream (35% fat) 150 g confectioner’s/castor sugar Grated zest of 1 lemon Put the yogurt, cream and zest in the ice cream maker and turn it on – voila! If you don’t have an ice cream maker, mix everything by hand and place it in a metal container in the freezer. Mix it by hand six times, about once every half hour, over the course of the day.
